Each full-size bottle comes with a sample size; we recommend testing the sample first to ensure you love the fragrance before opening the main packaging.

Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different scent.

Print and Pack

Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original box to ensure they arrive back at our facility safely.
